For your appointment with our pool designer you will want to have a plot plan or mortgage survey available. This will help in determining pool placement and any considerations regarding location that will need to be made. You will also want to check your homeowner association by-laws regarding the requirements for installation of any pool or fencing, and have the information for the contact person if needed for approval.
Final pool pricing is subject to your particular yard and accessibility conditions, and any additional retaining walls or site prep work that will be necessary, or any upgrades or changes that you request specific to your pool. Here are some pricing examples. Shape is not an issue:

Vinyl Liner Replacements
Replace your vinyl liner and breathe new life into your pool. Prices vary depending on your exact pool conditions and specifications. The average liner replacement will run between $2500 and $3500. The numbers are provided as a general guideline, an estimate for your liner will be given upon request. To upgrade to a 30 Mil Liner add $650 to estimated price.
A basic liner installation includes: Removal and disposal of old liner, minor patching to hard-bottom, installation of new liner, replace gaskets and face plates as needed, cut in the liner once pool is full of water. Homeowner is responsible for the water to fill the pool, either by hose or trucked in.
